We are shipping from United Kingdom, for domestic standard orders. jigsaw Midlands Ltd retains the right to choose the carrier (for example FedEx, TNT, UPS, DHL or other). Goods are dispatched within 1-2 business days. The shipping time is added to the processing time.
Usually all orders are delivered within 1-2 business days, however this is only an approximation. In case of any delays we will aim to contact you. If you have not received your order within 5 business days, and you have not heard from us, please reach out to us on our contact page.
